About the team: In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-impact, scalable learning programs that uplift capability across our workforce. You’ll play a key role, translating policies into action through engaging, practical learning experiences that build confidence, compliance, and risk culture. The Transformation Program represents a large and structurally significant undertaking for ASX, laying the foundations for a risk mature, resilient and secure organisation. What you will be doing: How we do things at ASX is just as important as what we do. This means, if you're a people leader, you will be responsible for both the core duties outlined below, and providing leadership to your team to ensure we foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, where people feel empowered, accountable, and deeply connected (as outlined in our Leadership Principles). Design & Deliver Learning Programs: Lead the development of enterprise learning initiatives. Instructional Design Excellence: Create engaging content using tools like Articulate 360, ensuring accessibility and reach, using instructional design principles to improve clarity, flow, and engagement. Collaborate & Co-Create: Work with SMEs and project teams to translate content from policies and standards to engaging and structured learning, designing blended solutions that reflect real-world application. Evaluate & Improve: Apply models such as Kirkpatrick to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. What you will bring: Must have Relevant qualifications or experience in graphic design, instructional design, education, or L&D. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programs. Proficiency in rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360) and graphic design tools (Adobe suite) Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into learning outcomes. Knowledge of compliance and accessibility standards in learning design. A creative, structured thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. Passionate about capability uplift and growth.
