We’re now looking for an experienced Team Manager / Business Development Manager from the construction recruitment space who’s ready to play a key role in establishing and growing our NSW presence. This is a rare opportunity to launch and shape a desk , drive business development, and step into a leadership role backed by the strength, systems, and reputation of a national recruitment group . The Opportunity As a senior hire in our new Sydney office, you’ll: Build and grow a construction recruitment desk with a strong BD focus Develop new client relationships across construction, civil, infrastructure, and related sectors Lead from the front — mentoring recruiters as the team grows Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, culture, and growth in NSW Be trusted with real autonomy while supported by proven systems, marketing, and leadership What You’ll Be Doing Driving new business development and expanding ETA’s Sydney client base Managing end-to-end recruitment across construction roles Building long-term client partnerships and becoming a trusted market expert Coaching and mentoring recruiters as the team scales Contributing to office growth, culture, and performance About You Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency experience essential) Strong business development mindset — you enjoy winning and growing clients Confident managing client relationships and delivering consistent results Ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role Ambitious, driven, and excited by the opportunity to help build something new Why Join ETA?
