Two senior contract opportunities are available within a growing Employee Experience function. Both roles are hands-on, highly influential, and suited to experienced practitioners who thrive in complex, blue- and white-collar environments. Role 1: Manager, Leadership Enablement 6-month contract | ASAP start About the Role This role is responsible for rebuilding leadership development from the ground up . Historically reliant on off-the-shelf vendor programs, the organisation is now seeking to define what good leadership looks like at every level , and how it is consistently developed, assessed, and embedded across the business. You will design fit-for-purpose leadership capability for a diverse workforce, including a large operational and field-based cohort, ensuring leadership development is practical, accessible, and aligned to future organisational needs. Key Responsibilities Define leadership expectations and capability across leadership tiers Design and embed leadership frameworks and development approaches Redesign leadership cohorts and clarify leadership pathways Partner with stakeholders across executive, corporate, and operational groups Oversee and uplift existing vendor-led leadership programs Ensure leadership development aligns with broader culture and OD initiatives About You 10 years’ experience in leadership development or enablement Proven experience designing leadership capability in complex organisations Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience working across both blue- and white-collar workforces Human-centred design or product mindset preferred Background in leadership development (rather than purely leadership roles) strongly preferred Exposure to HR systems or leadership enablement platforms is beneficial but not essential. Role 2: Manager, Organisational Development 6-month contract | ASAP start About the Role This is a senior OD role with a strong future-state focus. The immediate priority is a whole-of-organisation culture reset , followed by reshaping performance, talent, and employee listening practices to ensure alignment with the desired culture. You will work closely with senior leaders and adjacent employee experience teams, providing expert guidance on cultural transformation and sustainable OD design. Key Responsibilities Lead organisational culture diagnosis and transformation initiatives Design future-state OD approaches aligned to strategic priorities Embed culture into performance, talent, and employee experience practices Partner with leadership enablement to bring culture to life through leaders Provide expert advice on change, engagement, and workforce transformation Influence without authority across a broad stakeholder group About You 10 years’ experience in organisational development Proven track record delivering culture transformation in complex environments Strong experience across performance, engagement, and talent frameworks Highly credible, seasoned OD practitioner with strong judgement Experience across blue- and white-collar organisations essential Private sector experience preferred (public sector considered with relevant exposure) Experience with engagement platforms or employee listening tools is a bonus but not required.
