You will be the first point of contact for day to day employee relations matters, case management while contributing to broader people initiatives across the site. Support leaders with performance conversations, development planning and managing underperformance Support the delivery of P&C programs and people initiatives What we are looking for 2 years experience in an advisory or HR Generalist role, ideally within operations, warehousing or similar environments Strong employee and industrial relations experience with confidence managing cases end to end Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with a practical approach Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with frontline teams and leaders
