Tranzformd is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Change to join us on an initial 12-month FTC/contract engagement, working with one of our higher education clients. This role will play a critical leadership position within the client's Major Program Office , driving enterprise-wide change management across a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for change, embedding consistent change practices, and ensuring people-led outcomes are realised across the organisation. You will operate at an enterprise level, partnering closely with senior executives, program leadership, and delivery teams to enable sustainable adoption and capability uplift. suited to someone with strong consulting fundamentals who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels. The opportunity yourrole By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following: Enterprise Change Leadership Lead the end-to-end enterprise change approach across the PMO, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and program outcomes. Establish and embed a fit-for-purpose change management framework, tools, and standards across multiple initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders on change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Partner with senior leaders, program sponsors, and portfolio leads to shape and deliver effective change strategies. Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, and decision forums to drive alignment and ownership of change outcomes. Influence across highly complex stakeholder environments typical of large higher education institutions. Change Delivery & Integration Oversee change planning across multiple workstreams, ensuring integrated delivery across people, process, technology, and operating model changes. Guide and mentor change practitioners and delivery teams to uplift internal capability and consistency. Ensure change activities are embedded into program governance, delivery cadence, and reporting. Capability Uplift & Sustainability Build change capability within the client organisation to support long-term sustainability beyond the engagement. Support the transition of change ownership into BAU teams and leaders. Contribute to organisational readiness, workforce engagement, and adoption outcomes at scale. Experience & Skills Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change within large, complex organisations (higher education, public sector, or similarly regulated environments highly regarded). Proven background working within or alongside PMOs / Program Offices / UPMO-style structures . Strong executive and senior stakeholder management capability, including facilitation of workshops and leadership forums. Deep expertise in organisational change management, operating model change, and capability uplift. Experience operating in consulting or advisory environments, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and momentum. Pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach with strong judgment and influence.
