What you will be doing • Leading the People and Culture function across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland • Partnering closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business growth • Building and embedding core frameworks including performance reviews, remuneration, career pathways and capability models • Driving engagement, retention and wellbeing strategies • Coaching and supporting leaders to strengthen people leadership capability • Overseeing national recruitment strategies, employer branding and onboarding • Implementing tools across the end to end recruitment process to improve talent acquisition efficiency and outcomes • Designing and driving talent development frameworks including training, career pathways and succession planning About you • 10 plus years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in a senior management role • Experience working across multiple entities or countries • A hands on approach with the ability to move between strategy and delivery • Strong commercial awareness and confidence partnering with executive teams • A leadership style that is warm, collaborative and credible • Experience designing people frameworks from the ground up • A passion for developing leaders and building high engagement cultures If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now.
