About the Role Are you obsessed with Reels and TikToks? Always the first to spot a trend and turn it into scroll-stopping content? Live Payments is seeking a creative powerhouse who can bring our brand to life across social media, email, and digital campaigns. You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to test, experiment, and shape our content strategy - we want bold ideas, fresh energy, and someone who’s excited to own their creative space! Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on creating content that’s fresh, fun, and on-brand - from filming and editing short-form video to writing engaging copy and coordinating email campaigns. You'll also support product launches and day-to-day marketing tasks, working closely with our Marketing team to ensure our content cuts through the noise. The impact you will have/core responsibilities: Content Creation & Social Media (80%) · End-to-end content creation and production - concept, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that aligns with current trends and our brand voice including planning shoot locations, scripting, sourcing props/talent. · Content deployment – own the scheduling, publishing, moderating and performance tracking of content across email and social platforms, using insights to optimise timing, format, and messaging for maximum engagement. · Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and relevant. · Foster relationships with followers by actively responding to comments and creating engaging, responsive content. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source content ideas and showcase different parts of the business or product story, elevating our brand presence. Marketing Support (20%) · Draft, design and launch email campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and key brand moments. · Support product launches with campaign content, web updates, and marketing materials. · Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks such as performance reporting, campaign tracking, or event-related content (plus additional ad hoc tasks as required). About You The talents you will bring: · 2 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field with an online portfolio (must have). · Experience creating content across B2B industries such as Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services highly regarded though not essential. · Proficient in using video editing tools to create visually appealing content. · Confidence working across concept, creation, and delivery with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · A keen analytical mindset with a strong focus on customer needs as well as a deep understanding of Australian audiences and lifestyle trends. · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
