The role: The purpose of the Investment Manager is to bring ideas and plans to life and ensure their delivery against strategic and communication objectives. This role sits across 2 clients in retail and alcohol beverages. The key responsibilities are to manage the implementation, planning and buying process for the client, assist the Director with the management of the Investment team and identify new and non-traditional partnership opportunities. This role is highly collaborative with Strategy, Communications Design and Client Advice & Management, and develops strong client-facing relationships What will your day look like? Work with the Client stakeholders to ensure alignment with and delivery against client KPI's including media partner selection, tracking performance. Implementation planning of campaigns delivering on the communication and investment objectives for the client. Communicate client and product progress effectively to the team and craft leads. Prepare POVs for targeted opportunities on an on-going basis for clients to further drive their business. Contribute to the ideation process with Communications Design, to develop integrated partnerships solutions through media implementation planning and remain true to the strategic direction. Recommend appropriate media partners with accompanying rationale, implementation ideas, budget, goals and success measures Oversee budget control of approved media campaigns, and the delivery of campaign measurement to accomplish broader communication and marketing objectives What will you bring? Proven media agency planning and buying experience, with experience planning and buying across all channels Strong client management and people management skills, with proven experience of managing a team. The ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines under pressure, and contributing creatively to the ideation process.
