About the job The Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming media, marketing, and audience data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance, strategic planning, and client growth. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as reach, frequency, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and brand metrics. Deliver actionable insights to support campaign optimisation, budget allocation, and media strategy development. Develop automated and ad‑hoc reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple platforms and data sources. Support campaign measurement frameworks, including test-and-learn, attribution, and incrementality approaches. Maintain regular reporting across brand awareness, consideration and performance – both at a granular level for the day-to-day client teams as well as at an executive summary quality for top level executives. Who you are Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Experience working with media and marketing data Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Experience with data visualisation and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Understanding of digital media metrics, KPIs, and measurement approaches Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations * Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Curious about what we do?
