What you'll do As our Payrun Operations Officer, you will provide accurate, timely, and high-quality payroll services to our team across Woolworths Group. This role involves end to end payroll services including: bulk uploads, running ad hoc and off cycle processes, creating finance documents, bank files, pay results and more. Support a sizeable payroll function, working across our systems (SAP), and actively partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for service improvement. Support day-to-day payroll services and completion of pay cycles, creating files, finance documents and ad hoc payments. Ensure adherence to policy and legislative requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of master data. Resolve and manage your own case load of internal team and external vendor pay queries. Support in identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement by participating in testing, through the payroll systems to process efficiency. Be comfortable working a rotating late Monday night to support and enable payrun for the national business. What you'll bring Sound experience and comfort using SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Kronos & the Microsoft & Google suites. 3 years of experience in payroll processing, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery including specific experience in ad hoc & off cycles pays, bulk uploads and the creation of documentation (required). Alignment and knowledge of employment legislation, standards and EAs with demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying them. Sound time management and comfort in task-switching within multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills & computer literacy, able to effectively engage with peers and stakeholders.
