Work options: On-Site We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts on behalf of the company, including recovery of written-off accounts. You’ll ensure all collection processes are compliant with relevant legal and procedural requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care. This position also involves direct communication with customers and external partners, providing support with account enquiries and payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily collections and debit order process , including processing changes, handling unpaids, and liaising with merchants where required. Assist with the recovery of written-off debts and contribute to meeting monthly collection and write-off targets. Support the development and maintenance of collections and credit risk policies, training manuals, workflows, and other documentation. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure consistent collections and credit risk practices. Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and analysis on portfolio and operational performance. Handle inbound calls and queries from customers and merchants, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy. Complete additional service-oriented and administrative tasks as assigned by your Manager. About You Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers and external stakeholders. Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or financial services is highly regarded. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Why Join Us?
