The Role: Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the College’s accounts payable function, ensuring payments and records are processed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end accounts payable, including high-volume invoice processing (300 per week) PO matching, credit notes, payments, and reconciliations; Setting up and maintaining accurate supplier and vendor master data; Preparing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payment runs; Reconciling creditor statements and the accounts payable control account; Maintaining the integrity of the purchasing system and supporting audits, reporting, and compliance requirements; and Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders About you: You are an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who enjoys working in a dynamic and changing environment and is motivated by continuous improvement. Comfortable with change, you bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach as the College continues to enhance systems and streamline processes. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail. With proven experience managing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently, you are driven to identify efficiencies, improve workflows, and contribute to a more effective accounts payable function. Skills & Experience: Experience with TASS and Alii systems will be highly advantageous. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to acquire Blue Card approval.
