Introduction We are seeking a skilled Senior Environment Advisor to support our offshore activities, ensuring environmental excellence across all projects and operations. About the Role As a key partner across the business, you will support employees and leaders by implementing the following: Manage and deliver environmental approvals and permissioning documents, including Environment Plans, Offshore Project Proposals, EPBC approvals and Environmental Management Plans. Provide practical environmental and compliance support to operations, development and project delivery teams. Lead audit and assurance activities to maintain high environmental performance standards. Oversee consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with Amplitude Energy’s environmental expectations. Support stakeholder engagement with regulators, partners and communities on environmental matters. Contribute to emergency response preparedness and Oil Pollution Emergency Plans. Champion environmental governance and continuous improvement across the organisation. About You Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline. 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years’ in the Australian offshore environment. Strong understanding of environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks, including OPGGS and EPBC Acts. Proven experience delivering environmental approvals and compliance programs. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse teams. Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement. (Desirable) IMO 1, 2 or 3 Oil Spill Response training.
