BE part of the solution As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for a Site Superintendent for the new award of a power station construction in NSW who will be responsible for all civil, mechanical and electrical sections to enable planning, scheduling and delivery of all works. This project will comprise a 10.6MW solar farm, 14.4MW of diesel power, and a 5.4MW/3.2MWh grid-forming battery energy system that will be designed and manufactured in-house by Pacific Energy. The power system will be capable of hydrocarbons-off functionality and will be delivered under a 12-year build-own-operate agreement. This role will be on a 02/01 roster. BE part of the change To be part of the change this role will: Provide leadership, prioritisation, direction and instruction for all power station construction process, including directing minor sub-contractors and on-site suppliers. Be the point of contact for clients and any other external stakeholders for site related matters Direct and lead the Site Supervisors to achieve the best out of their combined teams. Generate site requirements look ahead and action early procurement/delivery of materials, plant and equipment to ensure efficient construction. Manage completion of site documentation such as site safety and quality reporting, work breakdown reports and incident reporting. Monitor day-to-day resources, timing and activities to effectively manage the delivery of a project Ensure teams evaluate hazards, control risks and undertake regular inspections of works and equipment. Manage teams to ensure accurate site records are maintained.
