Overhead Linesman Job Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain overhead power lines and related equipment. Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues with the power lines. Work with a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power lines. Respond to service calls and emergencies to troubleshoot and resolve power line issues. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Essential Qualifications: Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed) Valid certification as an Overhead Linesman. Strong understanding of electrical systems and power line equipment. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Overhead Linesman. Proven track record of successful power line installations and maintenance. Experience in responding to and resolving power line emergencies. Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: $74,000 - $85,000 annually. Full-time position.
