BE part of the change This pivotal role is accountable for translating project plans into physical outcomes, owning floor-level production, supporting teams and WBS reporting. You will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership to a high-performing contracts team, fostering excellence and collaboration. Developing and managing complex, high-risk contracts and procurement documentation with precision and accountability. You will ensure procurement and contract management outcomes are consistently aligned with broader organisational objectives. Identifies and interprets trends in contractual and industry data to support informed, strategic decision-making. Applies innovative thinking and advanced problem-solving to address complex procurement and contracting challenges. Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of contract management frameworks and initiatives. BE part of the solution Possess a relevant tertiary qualification; CIPS accreditation is highly desirable. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with expertise in managing high-risk contract development. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience, complimented by effective communication across all organisational levels. Advanced research, analytical, and conceptual capabilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for solving complex problems.
