Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team, working back to back with the existing HSE resource on site. This role is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster and will support the safe delivery during the final construction phase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5–10 years experience in construction, mining, oil & gas, or energy sector projects, looking to take ownership of WHSE delivery on a technically complex, high-risk site. About the Role: Provide WHSE support and oversight. Manage permit-to-work processes and isolation procedures in a live plant environment. Conduct safety walks, pre-starts, and toolbox talks across multiple work fronts. Engage with subcontractors and direct labour to maintain WHSE standards. Support incident investigations, close-outs, and trend reporting. Liaise with engineering, planning, and commissioning teams to anticipate and manage risks. Ensure continuity and clear handovers with the existing WHSE team member. Requirements: 5–10 years WHSE experience across construction, mining or oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of PTW systems, isolations, and working near live infrastructure. Cert IV in WHS (minimum), White Card, and current First Aid/CPR. FIFO or remote project experience highly regarded. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
