The Role You will provide support, coordination, and administration functions to ensure WHS and wellbeing initiatives run smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Manage and coordinate administration activities, reporting, and procurement related to WHS and wellbeing programs Provide secretariat support to the National Health and Safety Committee Monitor and support the WHS Management System and wellbeing initiatives Assist with ergonomic assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up actions Case manage return-to-work cases and provide early intervention support Manage WHS mailboxes and act as a point of contact for WHS enquiries Engage with stakeholders on sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion Support broader HR projects within the Development & Capability team as required The Ideal Person You will be someone who thrives in a busy and varied role, with strong organisational and communication skills. You are adaptable and confident juggling competing priorities, while also collaborative and team-oriented. Your ability to exercise sound judgement and provide sensitive advice will be highly valued, as will your commitment to supporting a safe and positive workplace.
