The Role As the Learning and Development Advisor, you will support the delivery of high-quality learning and development programs and manage the learning management system. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, programs, and mandatory learning Manage program data and records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information Extract, collate, and analyse data, producing reports and insights on learning outcomes Provide user support and manage system access for the learning management system Work with subject matter experts to review and maintain learning resources Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in L&D delivery Manage the L&D mailbox, procurement activities, and general administrative tasks The Ideal Person You are someone who enjoys variety and thrives on balancing systems, data, and people-focused tasks. You’ll have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your proactive mindset and ability to build collaborative relationships will ensure learning programs run smoothly and deliver value. Experience in using a learning management system is essential, and while skills in designing e-learning content would be an advantage, they’re not required, the role offers scope to develop in this area.
