This role will be pivotal in shaping technical solutions that drive digital transformation. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to design and propose scalable, cloud-based solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead consultative engagements with enterprise clients, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.Serve as a technical authority in pre-sales cycles, validating solution designs and driving adoption.Communicate complex ideas effectively to technical, marketing, and executive audiences, tailoring messaging to resonate across stakeholder groups.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create scalable, future-ready architectures aligned with client goals.Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives, and challenges to be solved.Lead in creating and presenting holistic service responses and proposals, including service scope, staffing and roadmaps to deliver against customers' objectives. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, including campaign planning, ad tech, content marketing, personalisation, eCommerce, and data management.In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalisation, E-commerce, Digital Asset Management, Mobile strategies, etc.)Demonstrated experience in leading professional services pre-sales for large services engagements end-to-end from discovery, solution architecture, effort estimation, proposal building and presentation, business value demonstration.One or more current Certified Developer certifications.Familiarity with AI and GenAI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and ethical AI integration into enterprise workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for creating well-organised technical documentation.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience applying GenAI to accelerate solution design, content generation, and customer engagement strategies.Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical architecture with business KPIs such as ROI, customer retention, and operational efficiency.Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, retail, healthcare, or telecommunications is a plus.
