We’re on the hunt for a social focused Videographer to join Bursty, a fast-paced, ideas-led creative company with a passion for culture, storytelling, and social-first thinking. We work with bold brands who want to push boundaries, spark conversation, and connect authentically with their audiences. Now, we’re on the hunt for a nimble, creative, and culturally switched on Videographer to bring our clients’ and our own brands stories to life on screen. The RoleYou’ll join our production team and alongside them you will be the lens through which our campaigns come to life—on TikTok, Reels, Stories, YouTube, and beyond. From shooting and editing fast turn around social content to capturing behind the scenes moments or turning around quick reactive videos, you’ll be deeply embedded in culture, fast on your feet, and obsessed with getting the perfect shot. ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video content for social channels.Work closely with our creative and client teams to translate ideas into dynamic visuals.Create platform-specific edits for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.Be on the pulse of social trends, creator culture, and new formats.Handle basic lighting, sound, and post-production workflows.Capture BTS content and campaign wrap videos when needed.Occasionally work on-set or in the field for events, shoots, or activations.Maintain equipment and manage media storage and backups. What You Bring2–4 years experience in videography, ideally with a focus on social-first content.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop are a plus).Confidence behind the camera and an instinct for great framing and composition.A deep understanding of different social platforms and what performs on each.Ability to work independently, manage fast turnarounds, and pivot quickly.A keen eye for storytelling, music, and editing pace.A collaborative attitude and ability to work across creative and account teams.
