The Directorate of Digital Service Delivery is a high performing team leading digital integrated service delivery transformation across the organisation and our work is strongly connected and closely aligned with the Defence Transformation and Integrated Service Delivery Framework. The projects and changes being delivered across service delivery in Defence are both highly valued by Australian Defence Force members and their families, and are highly visible and important to our Senior Leadership Group. The roles in the Service Delivery and Product Sustainment teams will support continuous digital product improvements and the implementation of new products. If you have experience in delivering solutions to make a difference to customers and enjoy a hands-on role working alongside Industry Partners to ensure outcomes within agreed timeframes, then this role is for you. This position works within a blended team with Industry partners in the delivery of digital services for the Defence organisation. Our Ideal Candidate The successful candidates will be passionate about improving service delivery and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will have well-developed planning and project management skills, together with the ability to problem solve, prioritise tasks effectively and work collaboratively as part of an integrated team of Australian Public Service (APS) and Industry Partners. They will demonstrate a high level of communication and negotiation skills required for effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to think strategically to plan, develop and implement service delivery outcomes that achieve program objectives.
