About the role The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader in Development Engineering to guide a skilled team in delivering high-quality services aligned with the City's planning goals. In this role, you will provide expert engineering advice on development applications and land use proposals while promoting a collaborative culture within the team. Your responsibilities include overseeing civil works assessments, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and enhancing customer service through digital integration. About you The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have demonstrated significant experience in team management and development engineering related matters.
