Your Role as a Service Manager As our Service Manager, you will deliver electrical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs. You will lead and encourage the team to drive for continuous improvement in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do: Manage and develop the performance of the electrical team Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive and profitable manner Estimate for Level 2, housing, and general electrical jobs Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for electrical and connection works Conduct and manage the performance of direct reports Join an on-call rotating roster and respond to service call outs Comply and adhere to all Company policies and procedures Collaborate with the Electrical Operations Manager on internal documents and processes Skills And Experiences What You Bring: Skills and experience in the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of electrical works The ability to communicate job specifics to staff to ensure accurate allocation of materials Previous experience quoting and invoicing works A safety-first mindset Demonstrated working knowledge of all tasks required to perform all phases of electrical work in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 Electrical Installations Ability to build and maintain client relationships with exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership and delegation skills. Experience using job tracking software (i.e. SimPRO) What You Need: Relevant experience/qualifications in Electrical Service Management or 3 years demonstrated electrical experience as a qualified tradesperson (experience in service preferable). NSW Electrical Contractor Licence or Supervisor Certificate Construction Industry Induction (White Card). Full Australian Working Rights.
