About the role Join our team as a Superintendent WRP based in Woolgoolga and play a key role in protecting our environment and community. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Coffs Harbour's Water Reclamation Plants, ensuring compliance with EPA and reclaimed water standards. This hands-on role offers variety, from process monitoring and maintenance to guiding junior staff and supporting plant upgrades. This position is located at Woolgoolga WRP with the requirement to attend and/or work at other sites/locations having regard to the nature of the role. Ideally, you will have flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Please refer to the Position Description for a more detailed understanding of the role. About you To be successful in this role, you'll need a Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations (Water/Wastewater), a current Class C driver's licence, and certifications in First Aid and Confined Space Entry. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, including SCADA systems, chemical dosing, and EPA compliance, is essential. Solid communication, computer literacy, and hands-on technical skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
