Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed at all times Encouragement and motivation of employees Attend all general staff meetings Rostering of team members effectively to meet the business and operation needs Monitor shift changes, sick leave and annual leave to ensure adequate staff coverage Conduct daily staff briefings on events/conditions to keep staff informed and to foster open lines of communication Ensure all weekly administration procedures allocated to you are completed Maintain security and theft management procedures Balancing of tills and change floats Excellence in customer service Ensuring all staff members are trained adequately Continually develop and improve procedures for work place best practices Maintenance of reticulation and water treatment systems Carry out daily checks on all equipment before opening the park to ensure safety Knowledge and application of safe work practices for chemical handling Compliance with all WHS workbooks and Incident Report writing Provide First Aid/Emergency Aid when required to do so Analysis of company department monthly reports with continual workplace reviews taking place to ensure high levels of efficiency and profitability Ability to deal with both internal and external complaints in a professional manner with a win/win attitude and focus Skills And Experiences First aid certificate 2 years experience supervising staff in a customer service role Worked in a pool environment, with skills in monitoring and maintaining the water quality of a pool WHS training
