The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Supervisor - Reception to oversee the front-of-house operations across our Holiday Parks. In this role, you'll coordinate reception services, manage reservations, supervise and support staff, and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service that reflects Coffs Harbour as a premier tourist destination. You will also play a key role in maintaining systems and processes, handling bookings and payments, liaising with long-term residents, and supporting the smooth running of holiday park operations. Please note: the successful candidate may be required to work across a 7-day roster and at all of our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations. About you We're looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and combine their leadership and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will hold: Certificate III in Business (or equivalent) and a current Class C Driver Licence. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in a supervisory role within a customer-focused environment (desirable). High level of computer literacy, with experience using booking systems and Microsoft Office. A positive, professional, and adaptable approach. What's on offer?
