This role sits within Rest’s Service Business Unit ensuring that partners, members, and employers receive the expected level of service by proactively resolving issues, driving change, and maintaining regulatory-compliant communications. The Service Specialist - Compliance Communications role supports this by translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing compliance correspondence like annual and exit statements, and leading initiatives to enhance operational maturity and stakeholder engagement.
