About the Role This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to utilise your creative communications skills to make a meaningful difference. As the Communications & Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a central role in COBA’s member engagement, digital communications, and storytelling. Working across digital, social and traditional channels, you will help strengthen COBA’s voice, enhance its reputation and deliver impactful content. About the Person You are a creative storyteller with strong writing and digital content skills who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented and curious, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver engaging communications that resonate with diverse audiences. Previous experience may have been gained within a peak body, association, charity, banking, membership or fee-for-service organisation, advocacy group, or journalism .
