My client, a Sydney-based strategic advisory firm, is looking for a communications professional to join their growing team. With 2-4 years’ experience, you’ll be hands-on, ambitious, and ready to advise some of the country’s most interesting and complex organisations. This is not a “back-office” role - you’ll be trusted with client-facing responsibility, strategic input, and the opportunity to directly influence outcomes from day one. My client partners with leading Australian and global companies, ASX-listed businesses, industry groups, and not-for-profits to protect, promote, and grow their reputations. Their work sits at the intersection of media, politics, and business, where clarity and credibility are everything. They are a tight, highly skilled team who value clear thinking, compelling communication, and building trusted relationships. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who is sharp, curious, and commercially minded. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to stretch your skills across challenging briefs. Ideally, you have: 2–4 years’ experience in corporate communications, preferably in an agency or ASX-listed environment. OR transferable expertise from law, journalism, corporate strategy, or investment banking. A proven ability to craft and deliver strategic communication campaigns tied to business objectives. Strong media contacts across business and finance media, and confidence engaging with journalists. Outstanding writing skills - you care about detail, nuance, and impact. Experience managing accounts and day-to-day client relationships. A willingness to lean in, contribute ideas, and play a role in new business development. What we offer: This is your chance to accelerate your career in a firm that values both impact and growth. We offer: Highly competitive remuneration. Flexible working arrangements. Exposure to high-profile, complex assignments and a first-class client list. Mentoring and career development opportunities. The chance to grow with a young, ambitious firm. Extra touches like birthday and anniversary leave (because we value our people). Why this agency? If you’re ready to work alongside senior advisers on issues that matter - from boardrooms to media headlines - and you want the space to grow your career in a supportive yet ambitious team, this is where you’ll do it. Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you and look forward to receiving your application.
