Job Description Overview We’re looking for an experienced communications professional with a strong background in video communications and multimedia storytelling. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident behind the camera, skilled in editing, and passionate about creating strategic content that connects and inspires. In addition to content creation, you’ll also lead the planning and delivery of large-scale firmwide events and campaigns - from virtual town halls to strategic culture initiatives. You’ll need to be just as comfortable behind the camera as you are behind the scenes, managing logistics, tech setups, and stakeholder engagement. You will be part of a broader Corporate Affairs team of professionals charged with communicating the firm’s strategic agenda and priorities to our people. Key Responsibilities Leadership communications : Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content that supports executive messaging and builds trust across the firm. Event delivery : Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of firmwide virtual and hybrid events, managing both the technical setup and the audience experience. Leading campaigns: Plan and roll out internal communications campaigns that support key initiatives and bring our values to life. Channel oversight : Manage internal communications platforms and use data to improve reach and impact. Editorial quality : Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with our tone of voice. Strategic messaging: Develop and deliver communications plans for key initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with our tone of voice. Stakeholder engagement : Partner with senior leaders and teams across the firm to align messaging and drive outcomes. Content development : Source and produce stories with broad and targeted appeal, especially those that resonate with younger audiences. Skills and experience At least two years’ experience in video production, news storytelling, or multimedia communications. Strong technical skills in filming and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar). Experience running large-scale virtual and hybrid events, including livestreams and webinars. Exceptional writing and communication skills. A creative and innovative mindset with a strategic approach to messaging. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical thinking with the ability to interrogate data, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for connecting people and driving culture through storytelling.
