Position Background We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduling Assistant to join the Scheduling team. This is an entry level role and an opportunity to gain experience in Scheduling. Based in Welshpool, this position is responsible for coordinating our manufacturing and installation schedules and reports directly to the Scheduling Manager or Scheduling Supervisor. Full on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Duties will include: Schedule the manufacture & installation of frames in accordance with set capacities Maintain schedules, and provide updated manufacturing schedules to our factory Create and approve contractor interims for payment SMS communication process for installation confirmations.
