JL MCFADZEN DIESEL SERVICES is currently on the lookout for a Service Administrator to join the team in our Welshpool head office. Play a key role in supporting our busy operations while building your career in a supportive team with opportunities for long-term growth. About the role: Provide proactive, day-to-day administrative support to management, mobilisation coordinator and project teams, adapting priorities as needs change. Assist with onboarding documentation, inductions and compliance requirements. Liaise with employees, subcontractors, clients and suppliers via phone and email as required. Record meeting minutes, track actions and ensure timely follow-ups. Support management with data entry, document control and reporting using Humanz software with accuracy. Assist with general office administration and other operational tasks as required. About you: Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative or customer service role. Strong Microsoft Office skills across Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with Xero and Humanz software highly regarded but not essential. A positive, professional, and can-do attitude with strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
