About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Workforce Administration Officer to join our team at Middle Swan Residential Care. This is a busy and rewarding role that support the effective delivery of quality care through workforce planning, rostering, recruitment administration, and general workforce support. Working closely with the Facility Care Manager and Care Team, you will help ensure our residents receive reliability and consistent care by: Coordinating and maintaining fortnightly rosters using our RostCare rostering system. Proactively identifying and filling staffing gaps to maintain appropriate workforce coverage and skill mix. Identifying workforce shortages early and supporting timely solutions to maintain fully staffed rosters and reduce reliance on agency staff and overtime. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce compliance activities to maintain a capable and compliant workforce. Providing timely and reliable administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. What You Bring: Previous experience in workforce coordination, rostering, administration or a similar role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels. A collaborative approach, positive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership and solve problems. Experience using rostering and workforce management systems (desirable) Experience in aged care, healthcare, community services or similar industry (highly regarded) Working rights within Australia National Police Clearance Why Join Us?
