Position Summary : The Property Consultant is responsible for generating property sales, securing exclusive listings and achieving individual revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service. This role focuses on building strong vendor and buyer relationships, conducting market appraisals, implementing effective marketing campaigns and negotiating successful property transactions. The Property Consultant represents CDRE in the community and plays a key role in achieving the agency’s sales growth, market presence and reputation for trusted advice and outstanding results. Key Requirements : Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential real estate sales or a comparable property sales role. Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets and securing property listings. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills. Proven ability to build networks and generate new business opportunities. Experience managing property campaigns and working with marketing teams. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously. Job Responsibility : Generate property sales through effective prospecting, networking and relationship building. Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations to secure exclusive listings. Manage the sales process from listing through to contract exchange and settlement. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients. Develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings in collaboration with internal marketing and administration teams. Conduct open inspections and private buyer inspections. Negotiate property sales between vendors and buyers to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide regular feedback and reporting to vendors throughout the campaign period. Maintain accurate client and property records within agency systems. Ensure all sales activity complies with relevant real estate legislation and agency procedures. Represent CDRE professionally within the community and contribute to the agency’s reputation and growth. Actively contribute to team culture, collaboration and shared business objectives.
