The Role We are looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our territory, win new business, and maintain strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering profitable growth and building long-term partnerships across cylinder and bulk gas sales based at our Cavan site. Key Responsibilities Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory Maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned to regional targets Prepare proposals, tenders, and contracts to a high standard Manage customer relationships and drive retention Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and documentation What You’ll Bring Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within industrial or technical environments Demonstrated experience selling into manufacturing, mining, welding, fabrication, (metal/welding workshops), and broader industrial sectors. Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and profit drivers Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a sales territory Why Join Us?
