What you'll do Be a trusted advisor to leaders on policies, performance and ER matters Support seamless onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, variations and role changes. Provide reward and remuneration guidance, including interpreting frameworks and supporting evaluations. Maintain accurate people data across PageUp, ESS and ensure privacy compliance. Deliver cyclical P&C activities and help bring people initiatives to life. Coach leaders through performance processes, PIPs, RTW and injury management. Contribute to engagement initiatives, training and cross functional projects. What you'll bring Experience in a People Advisor or HR Coordinator role Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. Confidence navigating HR systems and maintaining data accuracy. A proactive, solutions, Driven mindset and passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
