The Workforce team partners with Early Learning Victoria's early learning professionals throughout the employee life cycle, delivering high-quality HR support, practical advice and clear, consistent policy guidance. In this role, you will: Deliver effective end-to-end payroll across the employee lifecycle, focusing on accuracy and providing practical guidance on policy, legislation and process. Identify and investigate payroll discrepancies and contribute to improvements in payroll processes and documentation. Partner with the Payroll Specialist and Team Leader to resolve complex HR issues and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance, audit readiness and high-quality payroll data and reporting. Qualifications and Experience HR/payroll experience in a dynamic, operational environment. Experience in the early childhood or government sector would be advantageous but is not essential. * Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar/equivalent) is desirable.
