Reporting into a well-respected Group GM of Performance and Reward and reinvigorated HRLT, you will take the lead in a significant role evaluation project, triaging the most urgent evals and bringing order and process during a period of significant change in the underlying job architecture framework. What background do you have? A well-rounded mid-career reward practitioner (>10 yrs. exp.), you are confident across all aspects of Broad-Based Comp and have deep experience in large volume evaluation projects, taking into account complex internal and external considerations and managing multiple stakeholders in HR and out in the business.
