THE ROLE The Senior Organisational Development Advisor leads the design, delivery and evaluation of initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, capability, inclusion and employee wellbeing at the Social Services Regulator (SSR). The role provides expert advice, contributes to policy design and development, designs and delivers programs and events, and uses workforce insights to drive positive employee experiences and organisational performance. The role contributes to building a diverse, inclusive and high performing workplace at the SSR, where all employees can thrive and contribute to our goals. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Day-to-day your responsibilities will include: Design, implement and evaluate organisational development initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, inclusion, psychological safety, and employee wellbeing and engagement, in line with strategic priorities. Lead the development, monitoring and evaluation of organisational action plans, strategies and frameworks relating to equity and inclusion, culture and psychological safety and wellbeing, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement. * Develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, inclusive behaviours, psychological safety and organisational performance.
