SF People is working with a reputable, not-for-profit organisation with government funded contracts in the Employment Services sector. The organisation is a seeking a Program Manager for their Workforce Australia (WfA) contract. We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager, Employment Services in Melbourne. This is a chance to join this organisation to deliver the WfA contract and lead an established team and offices. You will work alongside experienced leaders while supporting teams and sites. The Opportunity & Experience Required: This role will lead sites and teams to deliver the Workforce Australia contract to clients and participants across a dedicated region in Melbourne, VIC. This will involve strong leadership and the hands-on management and promotion of the strategic and operational service delivery of the federal government contracted Workforce Australia contract. Current priorities in this role includes leadership of multiple sites and teams, people management, stakeholder and community engagement, strategic business development, driving team performance, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services. Ideally, you will have: Proven experience working at regional management level within the Employment Services would be ideal; may also consider Disability Employment, Vocational Rehabilitation, Allied Health or complementary sector experience. Multi-site management experience, with the ability to manage teams on-site and remotely. Leadership, people management, professional development and performance improvement experience. Stakeholder management, community engagement, relationship building and business development skills. The ability to work towards regular KPIs, financial targets and budgets. Keen organisational and communication skills. Additional Information: The salary package for this role is made up of base salary plus superannuation and includes car allowance or company car.
