Our client is a leading manufacturer of cooling tower equipment and service solutions, supporting a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors based in Southeast Perth. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Workshop Team Leader to join their team to oversee several other staff on the factory floor. The Role: This is a hands-on leadership role within a manufacturing / workshop environment, where you will walk the talk and set the example for quality of work and production output. You will coordinate a small team and ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. What You Will Be Doing: Leading manufacturing staff on a day to day basis Hands on manufacturing / fabrication of cooling tower units ensuring targets are achieved in line with schedules Monitor processes and maintain accurate production and quality records Report and contribute to WHS, quality, and safety management systems Support stock control, storage, and distribution of cooling tower components Ensure equipment and work areas remain clean, safe, and operational Assist with training, mentoring, and development of production staff What’s in it for you?
