This is a hands-on leadership role As a Site Supervisor, your mission is to ensure high standards of safety, productivity, and quality across the site. You'll lead from the front, supporting your team while improving operational efficiency and driving positive outcomes. Championing a safety-first culture where everyone goes home in the same condition, they arrived Leading with a "be of service" mindset to build strong relationships and deliver results Engaging and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools, clarity, and confidence to succeed Maintaining a strong presence on the floor to support safe practices, team culture, and product quality Completing and overseeing routine machine and forklift safety checks Supporting the team to consistently achieve production and quality targets Monitoring machinery performance and stock levels to maintain efficiency and continuity Driving continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on safety Stepping into broader leadership responsibilities and cross-training across site operations About You You're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting the best out of your team. Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar environment Strong ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members A genuine commitment to workplace safety and procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Forklift licence (essential) HR licence (desirable but not essential) Interest in machinery and production processes About us Pinetec is a leading pallet and timber packaging supplier for both local and global customers.
