Introduction We’re looking for a high-impact Production Duty Supervisor to take ownership of a fast-paced production area and lead a team to consistently deliver safe, efficient, high-quality output at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be on the floor, driving performance, solving problems in real time, and building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Own Lead and develop frontline leaders and production teams across shifts Drive a Zero Harm safety culture with real accountability on the floor Own delivery of the production schedule with Planning and Operations Improve OEE, efficiency, yield, and cost performance Embed lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and quality standards Lead incident response, investigations, and corrective actions Optimise labour planning, rostering, and workforce performance What Great Looks Like Safe, stable, high-performing production area Consistent achievement of SQDC KPIs Strong, capable, and engaged frontline leadership team Measurable improvements in efficiency, waste, and cost High audit performance and product compliance A proactive, problem-solving culture on shift About You You are a hands-on operational leader who is equally comfortable on the production floor as you are analysing performance data and driving improvement initiatives. You bring: Strong FMCG or manufacturing leadership experience A track record of improving performance in fast-paced environments Deep understanding of safety, quality, and production systems The ability to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable A continuous improvement mindset and bias for action Calm decision-making under pressure Why This Role This is a real operational leadership role with impact — not a desk job.
