29th May, 2026 Our client is a leading International Food Developer, based North of the River spanning across Australia. This position offers a competitive salary and a Permanent Full-Time Position. The Role: Working in a very hands on, fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading over 75 employees. Ensuring managers and teams have the necessary tooling and resources to maintain a high-quality of work. Meeting and exceeding manufacturing deadlines and KPI's, while maintaining strict Food Quality Standards for operations running 24 hours, 7 days a week. Working alongside 2x Assistant Team Managers, one focusing on HR and people, the other's focus on inventory. Managing site Profit & Loss, optimising profitability without sacrificing quality of output. Collaborating with managers, and communicating effectvley with amongst the team. Meeting food safety and quality standards following specific critical control points. Local and interstate training provided! About You: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hands on manufacturing or food handling environment Experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices and procedures senior operational leadership, (ideally within manufacturing and supply chain) Ability to lead, inspire, and support high-performing teams while promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and respect. Demonstrated success in managing large scale teams and employees. Open to working longer hours, with potential overtime and weekend work if required. Handling operations, including inventory, production planning, and vendor relationships (previous experience with food suppliers advantageous). Unrestricted working rights. Hours: The role will operate in standard working hours expected between 9.00AM - 5.00PM, and 10.00AM - 6.00PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY Occasional overtime, including earlier starts, or weekend work will also be involved.
