About You: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator / Factory Assistant to join our client’s dynamic and inclusive team. You must have high attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and have your wits about you with safety and processes to be successful for this role. Requirements: Mechanically minded with a keen interest in the printing industry Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license Forklift License and experience A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and process driven environment Duties & Responsibilities: Cleaning Inc ducts Machinery adjustments as required, component changeouts Quality Assurance Routine maintenance Moving pallets around factory floor General factory housekeeping and cleaning Directly assisting Die Cutter Operators as required Hours & Pay: You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern and will be paid $37.42 per hour superannuation with penalties paid after 38 hours a week. 1st week - Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2.00PM 2nd week - Monday to Thursday, 2PM to 12:00AM What’s in it for you…?
