Due to the ongoing expansion of their operations, we are currently seeking experienced and motivated Crushing & Screening Supervisors to work with our client, FIFO Perth on an 8:6 or 2:2 roster. The positions are offered on a permanent hire basis on attractive salaries with a strong and stable pipeline of future works. About The Role You will be working on Tier 1 Mining sites with experienced crew supervising crushing, screening, and stemming operations to achieve production targets. New Kleeman, Finlay and CAT machinery and equipment. Drive plant efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations. Provide mentoring, coaching, and on-site training to team members. About You Ideally you will have: A minimum of 2 years’ hands on supervisory experience with mobile crushing operations experience in quarry or mining operations. S26 Supervisor qualifications. Practical knowledge and experience maintaining and working around mobile crushing plants. A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety. Enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet.
