We are seeking a highly-organised coordinator to join a long-standing national business as their Dispatch Coordinator. This role sits at the centre of the business, acting as the key link between clients, technicians and internal teams to ensure work is coordinated efficiently, communication is clear and service levels are maintained. Rather than being heavily technical, this role is best suited to someone with strong customer-service, communication and administrative skills who enjoys being in a busy environment and keeping things running smoothly. Your day to day includes; Coordinate and allocate incoming work requests from clients within a variety of industries Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are progressing within agreed timeframes Manage scheduling changes and shifting priorities throughout the day Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding updates and expectations Escalate urgent issues or capacity concerns where required Maintain accurate records and workflow updates within internal systems Support a positive and collaborative team environment Assist with improving processes and overall service delivery Who you are?
