At Xceed Real Estate, we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Assistant to team up with one of our successful Sales Consultants at our Osborne Park office. In this full-time position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting property sales operations, be in complete control over all the marketing campaigns including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, all while working in a collaborative and friendly environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, filing, data entry and document preparation Liaising with clients, vendors to answer enquiries and provide updates on property sales Assisting with the preparation of sales documents and managing the sales administration process Supporting the coordination of property inspections, appraisals and other sales activities Maintaining detailed sales records and generating reports as required Providing general office support as needed What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience in a similar sales administration or office support role, preferably in the real estate industry but not necessary Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of personalities Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development A supportive and collaborative team environment Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance About Us: Xceed Real Estate is a leading real estate agency in Western Australia, with a reputation for excellence in residential property sales and management.
