At Sovereign Building Company we pride ourselves in bringing the best out of our people and we require a candidate to do quantities and take-offs for houses, townhouses and units, dealing with purchase orders and be able to assist the Estimator / Scheduler . Hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. It would be preferable if you have a background with Databuild and Excel. If you have experience with Databuild, please outline this within your resume and cover letter. Other duties may include greeting people in reception / answering busy switchboard / data entry / filing / scanning / faxing / assisting with invoices or contracts / dealing with council document / client liaison and assisting the Managing Director when required. Previous office / administrative experience is NOT required. You must be well spoken and presented and have excellent communication skills with a positive “Anything is possible” attitude.
